Products and personalisation

Each listing identifies whether you are buying a physical print or digital files, the selected size and what is included. Physical prints are unframed unless expressly stated otherwise. Frames and room accessories shown in photographs are styling examples. Colours can vary between screens and print materials; products must still match their description.

For personalised artwork, check the name, spelling and other details before ordering. Contact us promptly about a correction; changes may not be possible once production has begun. Your rights if we supply faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain.

Prices, payment and placing an order

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. UK shoppers can select United Kingdom to shop in GBP. The checkout shows the currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Choose your product and options, enter any requested personalisation, and add it to your basket. Review the items, quantities and details, then enter your contact and delivery or billing information at checkout. Correct any errors before placing the order using the payment button. We send an order confirmation after purchase. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or do not receive it.

Promotional eligibility and discounts are shown before payment. A later price change does not change the agreed price of an existing order. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund payments for items we cannot supply.

Dispatch and delivery

Physical prints are made to order: allow 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch, plus delivery time. UK orders are printed and dispatched in the UK; European orders are printed and dispatched from Poland. See our shipping information for details. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Ready-made digital files are supplied electronically after payment confirmation. Personalised digital artwork requires the preparation described in its listing. No physical item is posted for a digital-only purchase.

Returns, cancellations and faulty items

Our returns and cancellation policy explains the process and includes an optional cancellation form. UK customers can cancel standard, non-personalised physical purchases within 14 days of receiving them and then have a further 14 days to return them. Producing a standard design after an order does not remove this right. The change-of-mind exception for personalised artwork does not affect rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

For digital content, UK customers normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel. This right ends when supply begins only after express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgment of the loss of the cancellation right, with confirmation provided to the customer. Merely purchasing or accessing a file does not by itself establish that consent. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain.

Contact us promptly about damage or an incorrect item, with photographs if possible. There is no 14-day fault-reporting cutoff that removes your statutory rights. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available wherever you live.

Use of artwork

Products are for personal use unless we expressly agree a separate licence in writing. Do not resell, redistribute or share digital files, reproduce the artwork for commercial sale, or use it commercially without written permission. Buying artwork does not transfer copyright.

Privacy and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts your mandatory consumer rights or access to the courts available under applicable law.

You can save or print these terms for your records. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing order.
