Products and Services

1. Digital Products: All digital downloads are available immediately after purchase via download link sent to your email.

2. Physical Prints: We take every care to ensure the quality of our prints. If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for assistance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Malunio / Paulina Sabonis and is protected by copyright laws. Products purchased are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Pricing and Payments

1. Prices: All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods provided by Shopify.

3. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Physical Products: Shipping times and costs are outlined during checkout and on our Shipping Info page. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.

2. Customs and Duties: For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

3. Digital Products: No shipping is required for digital downloads. Download links are provided immediately after purchase via email.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

For EU Customers:

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Physical Products:

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to hello@malunio.com
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Goods must be returned in original condition
  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Digital Products:

  • By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of digital files
  • You acknowledge that by downloading digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m)
  • All sales of digital downloads are therefore final once the download has been accessed

Returns and Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital files and your agreement to immediate download, all sales are final once files are accessed.

Physical Products:

  • You may return physical products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs)
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos for a free replacement or full refund including shipping
  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned items

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or before digital files have been downloaded. Contact us immediately at hello@malunio.com to request cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malunio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@malunio.com and we will work to resolve it.

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.
