Physical prints

Our physical prints are made to order. UK orders are printed and dispatched in the UK; orders for Poland and the rest of Europe are printed and dispatched from Poland. We also ship to the United States and other destinations available at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Please allow 1–3 business days for printing and preparation before dispatch. Delivery time is additional: this is not a promise of delivery within 1–3 days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery depends on your destination and the shipping service. For an order needed by a particular date, please contact us before buying so we can advise on the available service. We will contact you if we become aware of a delay with your order.

Delivery charges

Your delivery charge and any eligible free delivery are displayed at checkout before payment. UK shoppers can select United Kingdom in the country selector to shop in GBP. For international orders, the final checkout amount takes account of the selected destination and currency.

Digital downloads

Digital products are files for you to print yourself; no physical item is posted and no shipping charge applies. For ready-made downloads, access is sent by email after payment is confirmed. Personalised digital artwork requires preparation as described on its product page. Check your spam folder or contact us if you cannot find your download email.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If an order is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.
